Biography
Krysia PACZKOWSKI, self-educated artist discovers as of her youth the basic techniques of the drawing by the intuitive practice and while taking the advice of her Polish name while starting with the flowers for which she is impassioned.
During her adolescence, she is interested in other pictorial expressions (gouache, watercolour, oil or acrylic resin) through readings of technical works and biographies of recognized artists, in particular Ingres for the portraits, and Vincent Van Gogh for the color and the force.
From 1981, she practises silver photography as an amateur and uses her stereotypes to make artistic works of them.
She poses a significant glance on her close environment and transposes on the canvas or paper her emotion by always seeking the light.
Born in Argonne meusienne, her inspiration first is the nature and the flowers of our gardens which she nows well and for which she dedicates a very great passion. She is the author of several sites of gardening: Jardin au fil des pages, Fuchsia Passion and Géranium & Pélargonium.
Krysia PACZKOWSKI also works the artistic naked one starting from models, or according to photographs, sometimes monochromic or very coloured according to her inspiration of the moment.
In 1988, she joined a group of painters in Reims, A.C.C. (Art Culture Creation) whose objective is the division of theoretical and practical knowledge.
After a removal in Paris area, she returns to Reims in 1999 and again joined this association in order to communicate with other artists and to expose her works during the group exposure each year.
In 2002, she is initiated with the computer graphics and creates sites and various graphic elements intended for the Web.
In July 2006, she settles in a small village of Haute-Marne, environment favourable with creation.
